The Fairways at Mauna Lani

Bordered by the 4th and 12th hole of the Francis H. I’i Brown North Course, many units at the Fairways enjoy golf course views. As well as the fairways from which this community derives its name, the property also fronts on parts of the resort’s natural historic reserve.

There are three floor plans available at the Fairways. The popular 2 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom plan “A” has 1646 square feet of interior living space plus nearly 400 square feet of shaded lanai.

Plan “A” features an upstairs master bedroom, with a separate private study, en-suite bathroom and walkout lanai. The second bedroom, also upstairs, has its own en-suite bathroom and an additional half bath is located on the ground floor. 

The 2 bedroom / 2 bath 1289 square foot Plan “C” features a vaulted ceiling above the living area that brings in plenty of natural light plus the second bedroom and a full bath are conveniently located on the ground floor.

The largest units at the Fairways are the 1932 square foot plan “B”. These units have a large ground floor master suite that opens to the 250 square foot patio lanai. The second and third bedrooms on the second level share the second bathroom. 

All units have an open plan kitchen/dining/living area that opens to a large covered patio with an optional outdoor kitchen. Kitchens come standard with granite countertops, high end appliances and an eat-in kitchen island. All units also have a one car garage and private entry porch. 

There are 126 units at the Fairways, with six units in each of the 21 buildings. The community’s common area includes a large pool, hot tub and entertainment pavilion.

The Shops at Mauna Lani are conveniently located less than one mile away and owners and guests at the Fairways enjoy special access to the Mauna Lani Beach Club and discounts at resort restaurants and on activities and golf.
