Centered around the Waikoloa Village Golf Club, this quiet residential community has a number of condominium complexes and single family developments.

Waikoloa Village has several great condominium complexes. Most complexes have their own pool area. You also have access to the Waikoloa Village community pool, Golf Course and a couple of Tennis courts.
